RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 1. Returns

Time Frame for Returns:
We accept returns within 7DAYS from the date of Parcel Delivered. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at calicofasionindia@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Be sure to include your order number and reason for the return.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:

Gift cards

Final sale items

Custom or personalized products

Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to [7-10 business days] for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.


2. Exchanges

Time Frame for Exchanges:
We accept exchanges within 15 Days of purchase.

How to Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:

Contact us at calicofasionindia@gmail.com to request an exchange authorization (EA) number. Please include your order number and specify the item(s) you’d like to exchange and the new size or color.

Return the original item following the instructions above.

We will ship your new item once we receive your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

Free Exchanges: If you’re exchanging for a different size or color of the same product, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.

Paid Exchanges: If you are exchanging for a different product, you may be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Report a Damaged Item:

Email us at calicofasionindia@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photos of the item and packaging.

Once confirmed, we’ll provide you with a return label to send the damaged item back, and we’ll ship out a replacement or process a refund as quickly as possible.


4. Sale Items and Final Sales

Sale items are only eligible for return or exchange if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Final sale items (items marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged.


5. Shipping & Handling Fees

Initial Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping on international orders.
